H l ne Cardona s poems take us on a journey We travel with her not only to other places in the world, but also outside the world, and importantly, outside ourselves This poet is a shape shifter, and she beckons us to transform along with her, into a wolf, into the sound of Tibetan bells, into what add s sparkle to various reflections The poems awaken us to what is shimmering at the periphery of our lives We are so glad to see it.

I highly recommend reading this poetry book Life in suspension is surrounded by a subtle nostalgia.The tone throughout the book is quite melancholic but not sad, reminiscent of feelings, probably relatable for all of us I savored all the poems.
